INSTRUCTIONS
Exhibitors must create an online account to make entries. It is highly recommended that exhibitors create a Passport usage account to ensure they can track their entries. The person listed as the Exhibitor on the account will be the recipient of any premium monies awarded. Owner, Rider and Trainer information for each class entered will be recorded in the applicable sections at time of entry.

QUICK GROUPS
Quick Group accounts are available where families may create a “quick group” and add all their exhibitors to it. When they are ready to make entries into the system this will allow the family to log into each exhibitor’s account. This is optional.

DATA SAVING
During the entry process exhibitors are encouraged to SAVE CART and SAVE OFTEN. Saving the cart is the only way to keep user data and allows you to return later to complete your submissions.

PREMIUM BOOK & RULES
The Illinois State Fair Premium Book may be found under the Competitive Events tab of the Illinois State Fair Website. Rules and Regulations, Department Rules, and a list of classes and requirements for entry can be found there. Exhibitors are responsible for meeting the requirements found in the Premium Book and must certify during the final stages of entry that they understand and will abide by those requirements.

FEES
Exhibitors must reserve horse stalls and tack stalls before checkout. Exhibitors will also have the option to purchase fairgrounds parking permits and admission before moving on to the review screen.

ENTRY DEADLINE
Deadlines for entries in Futurity and UPHA Classic, for verification, is July 15, 2026. Deadline for all entries to be included in the stabling chart is July 15, 2026. Other entries will continue to be accepted online until July 31, 2026, with stabling placement only as available. Exhibitors are reminded that any entries that have not been submitted and paid for at the deadline will be considered incomplete and deleted from the system.

TAXPAYER IDENTIFICATION or SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER
Exhibitors are reminded that taxpayer identification and Social Security Numbers are used by the Department to verify the Exhibitor’s identity and/or to submit payment to the Comptroller’s Office. Premiums will not be paid unless this information is provided. Exhibitors will be prompted to fill out a W-9.
